What we don't collect
FreePrivateConvert converts files entirely inside your browser using WebAssembly. The files you convert are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on any server we operate. We don't have the ability to see their contents. There are no accounts, no login, and no user profiles.
What we do collect
- Your IP address, used transiently to enforce the hourly rate limit.
Third parties
Upstash (rate-limit counters) is the only third-party service this app talks to today. Neither it nor any future ad/affiliate placement (currently inactive placeholders only) receives your converted files.
